The Surbana Jurong Campus is scheduled to complete construction by 2022. 

Surbana Jurong makes history as the first pre-cast construction to take place in Singapore. After breaking ground in January 2019, construction continues on the campus, still preserving the on-site banyan tree. The canted, inner-atrium wall, along the central pedestrian street reaches level 2 and the spine's bridge columns are nearing their full height. Work continues on the complex engineering of the east-facing stepped façades. Several detailed mock-ups are complete, including the ETFE panels, façade shading systems, and acoustical ceilings.
