Safdie Architects Senior Partner Jaron Lubin will speak at the Council on Vertical Urbanism’s 2026 VU Summit, taking place October 26–29 in London. Organized around the theme “Density and Identity: Shaping Skylines, Elevating Culture,” the summit will bring together leaders across architecture, development, engineering, investment, planning, and policy. Lubin will present Density and Identity Through Vertical Diversification on Wednesday, October 28th at 1:15 PM.

“As towers rise higher and more frequently, the central question is no longer only one of technical performance or visual distinction, but of cultural belonging: how can tall buildings translate meaningfully from one climate to another, from one context to the next, and from one culture to the next?”

– Jaron Lubin, Senior Partner
