Jaron Lubin speaks at think-tank on Urban Air Mobility market

AERIAL FUTURES is a non-profit organization exploring innovation in the architecture of flight, technology, and the broader urban mobility ecosystem. They host symposia and think-tanks aimed at provoking conversations amongst leading thinkers, makers, and operators with the goal of finding both collection and contrarian perspectives on the future of flight in the urban environment.

THE THIRD DIMENSION, held at the Harvard GSD, focused on the emerging Urban Air Mobility (UAM) market, understanding that with the rapid advancement of autonomous technology, many cities are looking to the sky as a third dimension for transportation and growth. Jaron Lubin, Principal and design team leader for Jewel Changi Airport, was a panelist and presenter at the event, speculating on whether designers alone can affect change in our cities and looking to Singapore as an example of successful and intense collaboration between policy makers, architects, and urban designers.
