The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) has awarded Moshe Safdie the Lynn S. Beedle Lifetime Achievement Award. The Board of Trustees delineates Safdie as a clear choice for the honor because of his significant contributions to international architecture and design. Safdie will deliver a keynote presentation at the 2020 Tall + Urban Innovation Conference in Chicago, IL. 

According to CTBUH, the Lynn S. Beedle Lifetime Achievement Award “recognizes an individual who has made extraordinary contributions to the advancement of tall buildings and the urban environment during his or her professional career. These contributions and leadership are recognized by the professional community and have significant effects, which extend beyond the professional community, to enhance cities and the lives of their inhabitants.”
