This documentary, produced by the BBC, follows chef Monica Galetti and food critic Giles Coren as they profile the inner workings of some of the most compelling hotels across the globe. In this first episode of the inaugural season, Monica and Giles visit Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, going behind the scenes to work with some of the 9,500 staff that insure a memorable and luxurious experience for more than a million visitors annually.

Originally released on BBC Two, the show became available on Netflix in fall of 2017.
