Isaac Safdie

Senior Associate

In roles as Project Architect and Project Designer, Isaac Safdie applies his strong design skills and architectural experience across a wide range of projects, from master plans to civic and institutional buildings. Isaac spent two years in our Singapore office during the critical development stages of Jewel Changi Airport, where he coordinated the design to meet programmatic, technical, and code requirements. Following a similar path of remaining involved through all phases of a project, Isaac relocated to Sao Paulo Brazil between 2019-2022, to take on the role of Resident Architect during the construction of the Albert Einstein Education and Research Center.

Isaac joined Safdie Architects in 2013 and was named a Senior Associate in 2021. Prior to joining Safdie Architects, he worked at several firms in Sao Paulo including Fernandes Arquitetos and Triptyque. Isaac earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade de Sao Paulo, in 2006
