Jeremy Richey is a Senior Associate at Safdie Architects. He approaches architecture critically and has extensive experience leading design teams and building the intellectual framework for large-scale projects. He has dedicated a considerable amount of his career to testing, researching, and designing ways for buildings to engage with dense urban surroundings in human-centric ways, and he is particularly interested in building performance and passive sustainable design. Jeremy joined Safdie Architects in 2024 and has contributed to master planning and architectural design for a residential development in the Middle East.

Over the course of his career, Jeremy has built projects located in the United States, Norway, China, India, Australia, and Singapore. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree for Fine and Studio Arts from Belmont University and Master’s of Architecture from Rice University.
