Senior Associate
Wen Wen, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, is a Senior Associate at Safdie Architects. Within her role, Wen Wen excels at concept design, managing teams, coordinating consultants and visualizations, and contributing to Safdie Architects’ business development efforts across Asia. Wen Wen works iteratively with competition teams to creatively respond to project proposals and is closely involved with future phases of established Safdie Architects projects, including the Marina Bay Sands Expansion and National Gallery of Canada Master Plan.
At Safdie Architects, Wen Wen co-leads the firm’s Masterclass, an internal professional development program. Additionally, as a founding member of Safdie Architects’ Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, Wen Wen – in partnership with local AIA Chapters – established “On the Same Page,” a forum for open conversation and collective betterment.
Wen Wen joined Safdie Architects in 2019, became an Associate in 2021, and a Senior Associate in 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with Honors from Columbia University and a Master of Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design. Wen Wen is licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
