Rising at the water’s edge in West Palm Beach, Safdie Architects unveils the first stand-alone Mandarin Oriental Residences - an elegant waterfront retreat, developed with Great Gulf and marking the firm’s first project in Florida.

This balance—between softness and order, nature and geometry—defines the character of the building. It is sculptural without being indulgent, expressive without excess.
