The project is scheduled to complete construction by the end of summer 2021. 

Installation is nearing completion on the 3,800sqm steel and glass roof structure. The layered skylight, including fritted glass and a clear perforated membrane printed with dots, integrates structure, shading and acoustics. The visual pattern is already apparent, designed to “evoke the feeling of congregating under the canopy of a leafy tree”.

Most of the louvers on the façade are installed, horizontal or diagonal depending on the orientation, tilted to optimize shading and views.

The planters within the interior atrium and on the exterior terraces will soon receive lush vegetation, which has been pre-grown at a plant nursery just outside of São Paulo.
