Qorner Tower is scheduled to complete construction in early 2022. 

Construction continues in Quito, Ecuador as Qorner Tower reaches the 16th floor. The tailored concrete frame is rising up at the edge of Carolina Park. The dramatic play of projected and recessed balconies is now visible in the Quito skyline. A corner terrace was mocked up in the sales building to help buyers envision the indoor-outdoor living spaces. Qorner is commissioned and constructed by Quito developers Uribe Schwarzkopf.
